  Securely pack the products in their original camel active packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and the printed invoice are included inside the parcel.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Drop off your package at the nearest courier point using the provided pre-paid shipping label or ship it directly to our Kuala Lumpur distribution center.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 working days via your original payment method.
